A-TEAM (ADMINISTRATION)

Our team uses our gift of administration to support EquipHer teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details.
Requirements: Age: 18+, Background check

communications TEAM

Our team aids in raising communication with mentees, parents, and EquipHer friends via social media platforms and other effective tools.
Requirements: Age: 18+

events TEAM

Our team assists the event coordinator with executing special EquipHer moments by decorating and creating high energy and fun elements.
Requirements: Age: 16+,

Gathering TEAM

Our team helps bring each monthly gathering to life through planning themes and sessions, assisting with setting up and tearing down and maintaining high levels of energy and fun for the mentees.
Requirements: Age: 18+, Background check

mentors

Our team invests into high school mentees by connecting with them in Gatherings, meetups, and other EquipHer events.
Requirements: Age: 21+, Background check

parent connect TEAM

Our team serves the parents of our EquipHer mentees by building relationships, understanding needs, and creating opportunities for parents to connect.
Requirements: Mentee Parent

shine TEAM

Our team invests in the mentees by serving as chaperones, planners, and other supportive roles during the annual Shine Retreat for mentees.
Requirements: Age: 21+, Background check

sponsorship TEAM

Our team leverages community and business partnerships to procure sponsorships for Gatherings, Shine Retreat, and any other EquipHer events.
Requirements: Age: 21+
